Who publishes this site
Daily Game Pro publishes dailygame.pro. The contact address is [email protected]. This policy describes this site only. When you follow a link to The New York Times, Waffle, Quordle, or any other game, that site's policy applies.
Scripts on the page
The HTML loads Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js) for measurement of dailygame.pro pages. Microsoft Clarity (project yqa5jejvqp) provides session recording, and Adsterra (ads served from bicea.org: one Native Banner unit and one Social Bar unit) provides monetization. No ad or recording script is in the initial page: Clarity and both Adsterra scripts are injected only after you accept, and they are never injected while Global Privacy Control is active.
An inline script sets Consent Mode defaults before the Google tag configures: ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage start as denied. ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough are on. Granting consent (Accept) updates only analytics_storage to granted, so measurement starts after your choice; ad fields stay denied.
Storage on your browser
Key dgp_consent_v1 in localStorage holds your choice (granted or denied) and an expiry timestamp. Retention is 180 days, then the banner can ask again. Purpose: remember the choice. Legal basis: consent. You can clear it in your browser, or open Cookie settings in the footer and choose Reject.
Key dgp_socialbar_closed in localStorage remembers that you hid the fixed Adsterra social bar, so it stays hidden on later visits. Purpose: respect the choice. Legal basis: consent. Clearing this key brings the bar back.
We do not set advertising cookies ourselves. If navigator.globalPrivacyControl is true, the same script stores denied and will not treat a later Accept click as permission for ad or analytics storage.
Advertising
Adsterra serves the ads you see after accepting: a native banner above the footer and a fixed social bar along the bottom edge, both loaded from bicea.org. Adsterra may use cookies or device identifiers for ad delivery and frequency capping, including personalized ads, under its own privacy policy and subject to your browser's opt-out signals. Rejecting consent means no Adsterra script loads at all.
Industry opt-out pages you can use for other sites: https://optout.aboutads.info/ and https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/. A Do Not Track header is not given special handling beyond Global Privacy Control, which we do honor.
YouTube, only after a click
Video pages show a still image hosted on dailygame.pro. The YouTube player (youtube-nocookie.com) is created only after you activate Play video. YouTube then receives your IP address and sets its own cookies under Google's policy. Purpose: play the video you asked for. Legal basis: consent, expressed by that click. We do not load that iframe during the first paint.
Email and rights
Mail to [email protected] is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator. The message contains whatever you send. Retention: as long as the inbox needs it to reply, then deleted. Legal basis: steps toward answering your request.
You can ask for a copy of email you sent us, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the same address. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. This site has no customer accounts and no payment data.
Personalized ads and signals
Our own code keeps ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization denied under Consent Mode, and loads no ad script before or without consent. Adsterra's own delivery then applies its privacy policy and your browser signals. A Do Not Track header is not given special handling beyond Global Privacy Control, which we do honor.
When this policy changes, the date in the site footer and the modified time on this page move together. The current checked date is 30 September 2026.
What I checked
I compared this text with the templates in the site layout on 30 September 2026. The third parties the code can reach are: Google Analytics 4 (gtag.js), Microsoft Clarity (session recording), Adsterra (native banner + social bar, consent-gated), and YouTube (youtube-nocookie, only after a click). The initial HTML contains no third-party <script src> for ads or recording; ads.txt carries no Adsterra seller line because Adsterra's dashboard exposes no publisher id and its help center states advertisers do not require ads.txt entries for its network.
Questions
Do you use cookies?
Your consent choice is in localStorage under dgp_consent_v1, not in a cookie. Google Analytics sets its own first-party _ga cookie only after you grant analytics consent; Adsterra may set cookies only after you accept and its ad scripts load; YouTube may set cookies only after you start a video.
Do you sell personal data?
No. There is no account system. Advertising (Adsterra) and session recording (Clarity) run only after you accept, and our code never updates consent to grant ad storage.
How do I change my choice?
Use Cookie settings in the footer, or delete the localStorage key dgp_consent_v1. Hiding the social bar once removes it for later visits; clear dgp_socialbar_closed to bring it back.
