Alternatives, not a workaround

The Times hub lists Mini, Spelling Bee, Wordle, Strands, Connections, Sudoku, and more, and it says subscribe for unlimited access. If you do not want a subscription, the honest move is a different publisher, not a bypass.

The LA Times crossword says free every day. The Guardian publishes its crossword ladder in the browser. Jigsaw Planet, Bandle, and Gamedle describe free play on their own pages. Those are the links I will give.
